about us

Elizabeth Walker has been a fiber artist for close to 30 years. She's been weaving clothing since 1984, when she moved her studio to 110 North Main in downtown Lindsborg, Kansas. Here, she and two assistants work together to produce her line of handwoven cottons, silks and rayon chenilles.

Elizabeth's line of handwoven clothing has expanded to include tops, skirts, dresses, jackets, ruanas, cocoons, vests, capes and hats, plus made-to-order clerical vestments. She supplies galleries on both coasts and points between.

If you are near Lindsborg, please come by for a visit. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday,
10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

From left to right we are: Vicki, who just started an apprenticeship with Elizabeth and is learning to weave scarves
Elizabeth, who has been weaving for 30 years and still loves it
Luann, who apprenticed with Elizabeth for over 2 years and now designs and weaves scarves
Mary, who sews, weaves and designs and makes it all come together when Elizabeth juggles too many balls
